The Keiichi Nakanishi establishes
Nakanishi Seisakusho in Kanda Toshima-cho,Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, for the
manufacturing and sales of contra-angle handpieces for dental rotary
equipment. |

The Plant and equipment
are moved to Kanuma-shi, Tochigi, to escape damage from World War
2. |
| 1953 |
The company starts manufacturing
the Doriot handpiece for dental use. As the business expands, the
company is incorporated and its name changed to Nakanishi Shika Kikai
(NSK) Seisakusho, Ltd. Amount of capital is 300,000 yen. |
| 1968 |
Capital is increased to
4 million yen. To increase sales, the Sales Department becomes an
independent company, Nakanishi Inc. |
| 1971 |
Manufacturing of high-speed
dental rotary equipment (air turbine) begins. |
| 1975 |
Mass production of air
turbine starts,and the expansion of super high-precision production
equipment is planned. Capital is increase to 24 million yen. To respond
to the dramatic increase in the variety and quantity of products sold,
a Tokyo Office is established in Ueno for improved customer service.

The company is reorganized
as a corporation, and renamed Nakanishi Dental Mfg. Co.,Ltd.

To respond to the diversification
of products, and to expand production facilities, the company increases
its capital to 96 million yen. The company begins manufacturing and
selling industrial high-speed rotary equipment. |

NSK America Corporation
is established in Chicago, as a base for sales and service in the
United States.

The Osaka Branch is established
to reinforce domestic sales and service efforts. |
| 1988 |
The Shimohinata Plant is
built in Shimohinata, Kanuma-shi, to expand production facilities
in response to an increase in the variety and quantity of products.

A new building (1,650‡u)
is added to the Shimohinata Plant. |

Another new building (3,200‡u)
is added to the Shimohinata Plant to expand design, development, and
production technology departments. |

To consolidate manufacturing
and sales functions for increased efficiency, Nakanishi Dental Mfg.Co.,Ltd.
and Nakanishi Inc. are consolidated to become Nakanishi Inc.

"ISO-9001", the internationalstandard
of a quality system, "EN-46001", the European standard of a quality
system for medical devices and "ISO-13485", the international standard
of a quality system for medical devices are approved. |

To promote environmentally
conscious corporate activities, Nakanishi obtains certification of
compliance with the ISO14001 intrnational standard for environmental
management systems. |

Company went public.Registered
