THE PHATELUS SYSTEM

The Phatelus System NSK's Phatelus Fibre Optic System has been designed to produce an optically correct, directly illuminated, operative field. The system connects to wide variety of fibre optic high and low speed handpieces plus accessories. NSK's Phatelus can be easilly installed on virtually any dental equipment. An important feature included in NSK's fibre optic handpieces is the patented Clean Head System, developed by NSK to prevent internal contamination of the entire air/water supply and exhaust lines. Conventional handpieces are capable of drawing fluid or micro material into the internal components, in turn contaminating the coupling and tubing. NSK's Clean Head System works by expelling any foreign material immediately it enters the base of the handpiece head, creating an invisible barrier to all internal components.

NSK's Phatelus System will include:

  1. Optically correct, autoclavable light delivery system for work area.
  2. The unique coupling, with easy replaceable light bulb and anti retraction valve to prevent water exhaust line contamination due to back suction valve built in most dental units.
  3. NSK`s patented Clean Head System, which prevents external particles like micro-organisms, invasion inside the handpiece due to rotor after operation suction
